I have been getting calls looking for Melissa Pratt who gave my phone number and I have told the callers that I live in North Dakota and the address they have is in Arkansas. I want it stopped and they keep saying they will remove my number.

They were very rude and harassed me everyday and for a debt I don't owe

How the hell is that legal

They harrassed me at work, and were even rude to one of my co-workers, demanding to speak with me.
I threatened them to call my attorney, because I know what my rights are and hunged up, and the stopped at least for that day.

these jerks keep calling me looking for someone else.you call them and they are rude and hang up. i owe them nothing am retired and after a year of this i am going to devote my time time to being a pain to them

Have lived in current address for over 3 years. Keep getting letters for for some chick named Karla Crisler. dude here,hello married with child and no karla. these people dont care if they waste thousands to collect pennys.

I was harrassed daily. Calling for someone that doesn't even live at my home.I told them not to call me. what do they do, they keep calling me. I have taked to attorney and he told me to get names and I could file charges against the company. Now the collection agency turned over the bill to academy collections. I am not the person they are trying to reach, that person has never lived at this house or state.

Never leaves a meesage - have no idea why they are calling me but they hang up when I answer.

I have been awakened on 5 dates before 8:00 AM (P) by a caller for Cathy Richardson. From the outset, I told them I do not know this person. Today I rec'd left on my voice mail saying since I didn't answer they will assume I am this person.
Calif. is broke so I will refer to Atty Gen.

I get calls from them daily and I just dont answer. The only dept's I have had are to old over 7 years old, so if they are that old only deal with them through the mail and thats it no phone contact at all. Dont forget to send it to them certified mail & signed receipt. You can find the right forms to send them online. Good luck

At about 9:45am , I received a call from Sage Capital 866-757-7243 asking for Tina Robinson, and because I did not wish to recieve anymore calls and decided to call back the above number at Ext.595 and spoke with a Mr. Ken, who told the call and said he will go ahead and remove my number off thei calling. I've recorded the dates and time of these notes and I am hoping they are serious, because I am willing to go as far as Small Claims court to get some justice and repect.

This company has CHANGED ITS NAME to MONARCH RECOVER SERVICES. This company claims that I owe $5K over my original default amount, but when I asked them to document the accrual, they said I would forfeit my right to settle if I did that. The catch is that any settlement would be based on the amount I dispute, so it still comes out too high. Meanwhile, they claim that they cannot settle for less than $10K due to restrictions put on them by the original creditor, Citibank. I contacted the Citibank's president's office, which confirmed that they had sold off the debt entirely. So Monarch is lying about their ability to settle. I am willing to settle based on what I can reasonably afford, but these people are completely rude and unreasonable.

Rude people, they want my ex husband information but they can't tell me what they want? and in top of that the lady gave me attitute. I hope we can do something about it this is harassment because even on sundays we have messages from them.

I used to work for academy buy since they got the case against them for 2.5mill they fired everybody for no reason here s the excise they have us if u walk out right will still give umploymentor will fire you n can comw back in week for hop back monach is the worst shady company o.ut therie get tey will do what it takes to get the money. management tells u to use any tactic even if u have to lie for settlement so they might be doing something wrong but u will so the same thing to feed it kids

These people call me twice a day every day. They used to ask for a person that I have never heard of. They have told me many many times that they will not call again. They call every day and now they dont even say anything. Just silence. I am on the do not call list also. Can nothing stop them?
