This company is horrible - they are very rude and do not have an ounce of business knowledge at all. They yell at people and make them feel horrible and belittle whomever they want. Bunch of sleezy moneygrabbers!

I feel sorry for the previous commentators on this company. They must owe debts. The fact is this is a great company for companies who have a lot of debt. They are one of the oldest and most successful debt collection firms in the country. The collectors are rude because it's not customer service. It's collections for people who owe debt, many who haven't paid in years. Bottom line is it's a very good company for anyone who has a debt portfolio or who needs a company to collect on judgements or even write offs.

Rick you are a shill. Obviously you work for them. I know Bobby Hecht personally and he is a loan shark and a drug dealer. Anyone who does business with this company will be ripped off. I can provide a list of people who he owes thousands of dollars to. Also, check google and you will see them listed under rip off reports and also several lawsuits that have been filed against them. Also just call the Florida Attorney General they have a lot to say about these scum bags.

The company has legit debt to collect on, no matter how sleezy you think people are. You need to realize the service they do. The problem people fail to see is the major problem lies with the retailer, not the company they bring in. Why do you think Credit Card Companies are ramming people right now? You're just upset because you have to deal with this type of company. And judging by your negative attitude, I'd say you have never worked in the company. Personal things don't apply in a business atmosphere, especially if you don't know what's going on.
