This most likely purchased this bad debt on account for pennies on the dollar and then try and go after the Defendants for the full amount that was owed to the original Credit Card Company such as Chase who issued a charge off on the account (meaning they sold this account for practically pennies on the dollar to this firm. They don't want to offer a settlement deal but only want to you to pay on a full amount of what the account amount was was with original Debtor (Credit Card Company). Will file Bankruptcy before I pay this company full amount! Bad company to deal with. Hope you bad debt doesn't fall into thier hands!
