Who is allowing TransUnion to post eronous information onto credit accounts without verification and validation? Brachfield and Associates? Who are they? They have no business posting inquiries or accounts that have absolutely nothing to do with myself. It would be one thing if a person was to actually do business with them and then post information, but it is a violation of privacy and the Fair Credit Reporting Act not to make that contact first and up front!

THIS COMPANY DOES NOT GET IT....EVEN IF THEY ARE A COMPANY... "THE LAW OFFICES OF BRACHFIELD" THEY REPEATLY CALL ME OVER A HOSPITAL BILL THAT WAS SETTLED IN BANKRUPTCY..NO!!!THEY ARE NOT GETTING PD... I LOST MY JOB AND EVERYTHING I HAD AND THIS IS THE ONLY PLACE THAT KEEPS CALLING, KEEP IN MIND SINCE 2005- IT IS NOW END OF 2009 AND I HAVE SENT CERITIFIED MAIL, CALLED, HAD MY ATTORNEY SEND PAPERS AND THEY STILL HARRASS ME.
