Cases Against Commonwealth Financial Systems

Jordan v. Commonwealth Fin. Sys., Inc., F.R.D. , 2006 WL 2294855 (E.D. Pa. July 25, 2006).

Debt collector argued that because of their small net worth, a class action law suit would not serve consumers as well as individual law suits. Court rejected the argument and certified the class.

Horrible Experience
I was cursed at by a Commonwealth Financial Systems supervisor and hung up on when trying to pay back a debt.

"Stop calling my cell phone# (610-324-6965) for Stephen Weber. Stop sending his mail to my address.
This is a written warning of which a copy is being forwarded to my attorney. If they continue to contact me in any way, they will be in direct violation of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act and I WILL take legal action."
