Called me at work and knew too much personal information about me. I was in a meeting w/ my superviser and the rep told me to excuse myself!

I called him back later and he just went on and on and on about sending notices when I told him it was disputed & I needed something in writing. He accused me of throwing them away. He refused to send me anything in writing. Said I was using stall tactics.

He knew who my father was and where I bank. Asked me how much was in my bank account!

I have filed a complaint w/my State Attorney General's office.

This representative was denying my right to dispute this debt since I didn't have the company info. But easy enough to find an address on the Internet!

How can I get these to stop calling my parents house both of my parents are over 80years old and the lady that called they house was rude. then she call my job and told me what she said to my 88yrs. old father i wish i could've jump through phone and wept a** some please tell me is any body i can call to get to stop calling they house.

Keep getting calles from them leaving messages of how important it is that I call back. Never say who they are calling for or where they are calling from. I called back and I have never even heard of this company. I do not owe any hospital bills. Haven't been to the Hospital since my daughter was born 13 years ago and she is paid in full. She kept asking me for my personal information. I simply told her if it was ment for her to know she wouldn't have to ask and hung up.

I HAVE GOTTEN MULTIPLE CALLS FROM THIS COMPANY AND I NEVER CALLED THEM BACK BECAUSE ALL THEY WOULD SAY IN THERE MESSAGE WAS THAT THERE WAS A MATTER IN THERE OFFICE AND IT IS WAS URGENT THAT I CALL BACK, THEY NEVER SAID WHAT COMPANY THAT THEY WERE WITH, AND THEY LEFT AN 800 NUMBER. SO I NEVER CALLED THEM BACK TILL TODAY, BECAUSE I WAS GETTING IRRITATED WITH THE CALLS.. SO I CALLED AND THEY ANSWERED JUST SAYING "HELLO" THEY DIDNT STATE THE COMPANY NAME OR ANYTHING. SO I ASKED WHY THEY KEP CALLING ME AND I GAVE THEM MY NUMBER THAT THEY WERE CALLING AND THEY SAID IT WAS SOMEONE TOTALLY DIFFERNT, A GIRL NAMED "JAMIE".. I TOLD THEM THAT THAT WASNT ME AND TO STOP CALLING. THEN I STARTED ASKING QUESTIONS, I ASKED WHAT COMPANY THAT WAS CALLING AND WHAT THEY DID.. THEY SAID THAT WERE DRS, I ASKED WHAT THAT STOOD FOR AND SHE FIRST SAID SHE CANT GIVE OUT INFORMATION ABOUT SOMEONE ELSE, SO I SAID I WAS NOT ASKING ABOUT THE "JAMIE" YOU WERE CALLING ABOUT, JUST ASKING WHAT KIND OF COMPANY YOU ARE AND WHAT YOU DO.. SHE SAID THEY WERE DYNAMIC RECOVERY. SO SHE TOLD ME THAT FIRST THAT THEY WERE DRS, BUT THEN DYNAMIC RECOVERY? WHERES THE "S" IN THAT?? THEN SHE REPEATEDLY TOLD ME SHE CANT GIVE OUUT INFORMATION ABOUT THE OTHER PERSON, BUT I NEVER ASKED ONE THING ABOUT THE OTHER GIRL.. HMMMM A BIT FISHY.. THEN SHE KEPT INTERRUPTING ME WHEN I WAS ASKING QUESTIONS AND SHE FINALLY SHE SAID "OK WELL HAVE GOOD DAY" AND THEN HUNG UP ON ME! IT WAS EXTREMELY RUDE AND RIDICULUS! SO IM HOPING THIS IS THE RIGHT SITE FOR "DRS" TO COMPLAIN ON.. JJ BEFORE ME HIS COMPLAINT SOUNDED VERY SIMILAR TO MINE.

This company needs to be shut down!!!!!They are not human beings more like monsters in their approach. I'm filing a complaint as well.

My husband was negligently discharged to home from a care center after "rehab". They lied to us about what he could do. He could do nothing! He ended up back in the hospital and almost died. We are in the process of sueing the care center. As far as we are concerned that place forfeited any amount we might have owed! The care center turned us over to this agency because they(care center) dragged their feet in submitting paperwork in regard to payment. When the first call from this company came in they didn't even have the correct information! They had the length of time my husband had been at the care center wrong and the amount owed wrong. I'm now getting calls asking for my attorney's name! There is no way I'm giving them that information! How stupid do they think I am? P

This company called me threatening to assign my debts to a 1099 form and file them with the IRS as unclaimed earnings. This is against the law. Collection agencies are unable to threaten to commit illegal acts as part of the collection process. I amreporting them to the state Attorney General's office and the IRS and state revenue offices in my state.

this company called me this morning threatening to assign my debt from 1998 to the IRS as unclaimed earnings. I asked them to send me a statement verifying who they are and the agent said I was being rude! I am reporting them to the States Attorney General and the IRS.

I received a call stating I owe a credit card from 1998 and provided all sorts of different address that I was unaware of and I advised them that I had my identification stolen and taken advantage of prior and I will not pay for anything that I'm not aware of. The people are so rude and disrepectful if they expect someone to try and work with them then they must get better employees with customer service skills. Because this is absolutly obsured with the tactics they are using to get any issues resolved.
