Representative told me I have more than enough money to pay debt (husband is on a fixed income pension). Also said I should get a job instead of going to school and living on one income. Very rude demeanor.

I called to contact this company regarding a notice that I got in the mail about an online SCAM that is still being disputed by the credit bureaus! Only to have some punk-ass kid get all snotty with me on the phone & tell me; "they've hired an attorney in montana to handle this, so good luck to you"...and then hung up! I do NOT owe anyone $6000.00 +...especially for something I was SCAMMED ON!! So, I guess since I'm unemployed, don't have a pot to piss in or a window to throw it out of... they will have to scrap the dirt off my grave to get anything. I am STILL looking for the company who scammed me! Anyone dealing with this company should know they are EXTREMELY RUDE & DISRESPECTFUL!!

i keep getting these so called bills from you for a ashworth univeristy which i never applied for ,and no nothing about . this is the forth letter i received from you ,i do not owe you any money ! I,m trying to be nice about this and let you take care of this ,but to be on the safe side i also contacted my lawyer,for my safety , and my credit. if this does not get takening care of ,or i get one more letter from you ,you will be hearing from my lawyer

I KEEP GETTING PHONE CALLS AT WORK FROM THIS PLACE AND IT IS ALWAYS A RECORDING AND IT NEVER SAYS WHO THEY ARE LOOKING FOR. I DON\'T OWE ANY MONEY TO ANYONE SO I WISH THEY WOULD STOP CALLING ME AT WORK!

They are Rude, put down comments you dont say... RUDE RUDE RUDE... and dont care what you can or cant afford..

These people r so rude! They claim I owe them 5000.00 but the funny thing is I was incarcerated for the two years they r saying this debt occurred.

I keep getting a call saying they our debt collector's and have something important to tell me they don't use my name or give me an extension. I'm not calling them.....They call at least 5 times a day
