LDG manager hung up on me 3 times
My experience with LDG Financial Services was horrible. I called to work something out for what i owe Best Buy and i was disrespected. Murray or Mr Murray was very rude, didn't want to work anything out and basically demanding the whole amount that i needed to pay. And he's a manager, or my reps manager. Not very professional business like i must say. He wouldn't discuss anything and asked me why i was calling him if i had no money, etc. Now that i can't talk to anyone about how to work something out because i keep getting transferred to this Murry guy, i won't pay anything. If i can't even talk to someone on what i can start paying, or that i keep getting hung up on, then i guess they don't want their money.

colection people use fake names threaten lie to you and are disrespectful. i said i will talk to the creditor and resolve this they told me i cant and they were going to sue me . and i had to deal with them. i dont get treatened by anyone bring it.

I was treated very poorly by Mr. Brown. I gave him an amount I could pay monthly and he told me it was unnacceptable and that I would be served. I was told by Mr. Brown that I should consider not feeding my children everyday in order to pay my debt.

LDG Horrible
I had talk to them trying to set a amount of payment that i can afford and told them that i was going to give them a money order . then the lady said she's going to put me on involuntary collections . There service is badddddddd
