I have actually had positive experiences with LVNV, as ARS National Services, INC>. I had four accounts go into collections, with three being handled by LVNV. Each time I spoke with a representative they were polite. I scheduled payment plans for each item in collections and received receipts stating when the amounts would be taken out of my bank account and finally a settlement letter. They also reported the paid status on my credit report. I haven't had any such luck with my fourth bill, which is held under a totally different company.

I know that Mann Bracken is part of all of them above and that company folded. They are done. Read the news! New York dissmissed all of his fraud collection accounts against consumers. Before you pay make sure you check with your state the status of the companies. The collection companies are fraud, the ones affiliated by Mann Bracken. Look it up by the name on internet. Good luck!

I have this LVNV Funding listed as a "factoring" company for Bank Of Amerika on my credit reports. They have NEVER been able to EXPLAIN why they ARE on my report!They expect me to pay $47,000 for ??????

Well, its up t0 $55,500 that is showing on my credit reports now???? STILL no answer from these GHOST people? Life goes on with cash and no credit! Thank God this Ghost company is like a product that has an expiration date, IT WILL "expire" on a given date...IF NOT...then a law suit will be filed.

I had an account that was 8 years old reappear on my credit report because it was sold to LVNV Funding. Apparently because it is a new account, it will stay on my report 7 years after it is closed. Did I mention that when they bought, the account was reopened and the debt continues to accrue. Original balance, $119 has ballooned to $714.
