This is a terrible company, of what i know. I called 3 times to see if I can make a collection on a civil judgment award, but they just acted like an idiot and said "we can remove your account. you cannot create an account." if they never create accounts, how do they exist? they must not want to tell me if i can get help with collecting an award sum. terrible terrible.

This company did an unauthorized inquiry on my credit report and one of their agents called me to tell me that the account has been placed on a legal status meaning that I could get sued. I told them to go ahead and sue me. They've already done two illegal things since this is a time-barred account (about 7 years old), heck I should be suing them.
