I received a statement of debt...$43.15..for some uncolleted court citation for a Joshua D. Bainbridge. This young man has been dead...dead...for 15 years and it would behove this organization to do some SIMPLE research before sending out statement. It speaks volumes about the quality of service this company does not provide. If you wish to continue correspondence with Mr. Joshua Bainbridge i believe you will find his current residence to be ST, Johns Cemetery..Independence Iowa.

We have been receiving letters from this company for unpaid taxes. I immediately called the IRS and asked them about this, they told me it was fraudulant and that we did not owe anything. I called this company to tell them of my conversation with the IRS, and they still send this letter.
If I owe taxes, why on earth am I getting a tax refund????
