I RECEIVED ANOTHER LETTER FROM THE COURT HOUSE. I HAVE THE COURT, WHY I AM STRUGGLING FINANCIALLY, SO I GUESS I WILL TELL AGAIN. SINCE AUG 2008 I WAS STRUCK WITH A HORRIBLE DISEASE, INCURABLE AT THAT, I ENDED UP IN MAY 2009 FLYING TO CALIFORNIA TO THE WORLD LEADER OF THIS DISEASE, THIS DISEASE OBLITERATED MY WHOLE ENTIRE PELVIC CAVITY. HERE A YEAR LATER I AM STILL GETTING HEALTHCARE SO I CAN RESTORE MY HEALTH. I AM NOW ON LONG TERM DISABILITY BECAUSE OF THIS. I HAD A 21 YR CAREER AND NOW I AM FORCED INTO DISABILITY. I CAN SENT $10-20 BUCKS A MONTH IF I NEED TO. BUT THAT IS ALL I WILL BE ABLE TO PAY UNTIL I GET MY HEALTHRESTORED. TAKE A LOOK AT MY HISTORY WITH AND YOU CAN SEE WHAT HAPPENED TO ME. I DIDNT DO THIS, AND I AM TRYING DESPERATELY TO FIX THIS. I KNOW I OWE THIS, BUT IF I AM NOT ALIVE THEY WON'T GET ANYTHING.

i have notice of bankruptcy that was 11/02/2009 but i see they filled a garnishment against me as 11/10/2009 this is in vialtion of bankruptcy laws

I tried to work out a payment plan with these people and even showed them I was in a finacial hardship now I am facing the fact I am loosing my car which makes my money to pay my bills and possibly my house I have had no response back the next step is to file backruptcy on my bills.

These people do not wprk with you they take all they can get now I am facing loosib=ng my job and car and house I want to say Thank You so much!!!

they are out for blood, they filed a lien on my parents property, my name is on our family trust. they look for all the loop wholes. It was paid but, the money I owed to capital one 750.00 caost me 3200.00 and it is still on my credit, now them and an other compnay are saying I owe both of them for the same amount on a house hold card I had for 435.00 saying I owe 1200.00 they took me to court been fitting they for 2008 about this, I have to pay them 50.00 per month or they are going to take it out of my pay check. I make very little and have a child to support, I like like most of you are on the edge of lossing everything I have work for all my life. Saying a prayer for all of us. that things get better. tried to talk w/ms mckenney today for miss bone, but atty very rude and refused to give assistance. miss bone is working and unable to call herself, but wanted to know if they would accept $10 month toward dewhat should we do in this matter?

Sent them a standard mail and certified letter requesting debt verification on the 8th and tracking shows they received it on the 9th via certified mail. They responded today (13th) with another "settlement offer". I look forward to taking them to court and taking their money from the bunch of conniving thieves.

Love Beal & Nixon got a default judgement against me illegally. I was never served with a summons or a petition or anything. I had no idea i was being sued by them. I received a letter from
them after they got judgement against me. I filed a complaint with the FTC. What can I do about this??
