Representatives from this debt collection company are extremely unprofessional, and skirt the law in all aspects of their operations.

This company has harassed me for nearly a year, calling at home and at work several times a week. I have repeatedly asked for some kind of statement regarding the balance they claim is due. I have said I will pay whatever is due once I have had the opportunity to research that it is in fact a balance due. They continue to not send a statement and harass me several times a week. I've asked to speak to a supervisor and been told that their is no need for that. I am now notifying the better business bureau.

I hate them! The way they talk to you is downright demeaning! Makes you not want to explain anything or fix the situation.
