They Are Scam Artists!!
Beware!!! I think these people are Scam Artists. They are going around attempting to collect debt from customers that have payday loans and other debts out. If you get any mail from any of these people DO NOT SEND OR SET UP ANY TYPE OF PAYMENT ARRANGEMENTS WITH THEM WHATSOEVER!! IMMEDIATELY CONTACT THE AUTHORITIES!!!Beware BEWARE!!!! SCAM ARTIST

so sad, too bad
no, this is a legitimate debt collection agency whose main SOURCE of debt is payday loans. they only collect what their clients send them...if that is truly wrong, dispute with them, go thru the proper procedures and you will get it resolved. if not, just PAY YOUR BILL instead of whining about the big bad collection agency!!

Scam Artists
I do not believe this company is legit. They called me for something in 2006 but could not give me who, what, when or where. My attorney informed there is an investigation going on regarding them and if I did owe any money from that time the statue of limitation is up. When someone could not give me the information of where and when somethings wrong.

I received a letter and some phone calls saying that I owed money on a payday loan from 2005? They said it is going to court. Can they do this, is this legit? I took out a payday loan years ago and I know I paid it, but I don't have records from 2005. I think it is a scam but they are scaring me saying that it is going to court.

THEY WONT GET ME!!!
SCAM ! and the people commenting .. defending these idiots probably work for them. NO PAY DAY LOAN COMPANY can charge you with criminal charges, NO ONE can come to your place of employment, and they cannot garnish wages without a court order AFTER you've gone to court and if you lost the case. THEY CAN CALL ME ALL FREAKIN DAY I DO NOT CARE .. and neither should you the scare tactics are THE WORST i've heard. Where i work we have a credit n collection department and they know all the tricks scam artist try to use. :)

This is a scam . I have dealt with many collection agencies, and if you look at their letters, they appear to be legit; but with experience, it is very easy to spot their mistakes in the letter. In there page above, why would the "head debt collector" need to go by 3 different names??? They prey upon old debts that are paid off. Report them to your state department that deals with consumer complaints about fraudulent collection practices. Send them a letter and also send them a certified letter. If they come back, then you will know they are frauds. If in doubt, ask an attorney brfore you make any sort of arrangements with them. They cannot collect on debts that are already paid-off.
