    My name is Barbara Staton, my account number 2002402. I have been paying on my debit to Niagara Credit Solutions Inc since 01/28/2011, last payment made 11/28/2011 a total of $915.43. The person handle my case is named Mark. I have made payment agreements with him and have keep my word and made these payments each month. However; I have asked Mark to send me a print out of what has been paid and what is now left to pay. His response to me was he I need to call back because he was too busy at that time doing the end of the month. If he took the time that day to give me that info that I was interferring with his commission. I responded by telling him I did not care about his commission.I had asked him the previous month for the same information and never received it and now I am asking again and yet to receive the information.

    I have lately been receiving phone calls from Niagara about the bill. I have asked not to call unless I have not kept my payment arrangement which is not the case. The calls now are beginning to be harrassing.
