i have been getting calls from this company threatening to be taken to court and facing jail time - any reputable collection agency will not make threats and usually are not rude about it - these people have been very rude and down right obscene. they do not have a good rating with the Better Business Bureaus. do not deal with this company.

I took them to court and won.. They are as shady as they come, and threaten you with all sorts of legal action for things you never did, and on old debts that they can't even come after you on. Stop the insanity and report them. DO NOT TRUST anything they say...

JOKE Company
These collection reps are the most rude I have ever delt with. A "manager" told me he didnt want to hear what I had to say, did I want my settlement letter or not?! Everyone from this QAR are horrible and hateful... Never got my settlement letter even though they have bullied me into paying them money I didnt have for fear of legal actions...
