I am writing for my sister. She is not able at this time to answer. This company is still harrassing her. They filed a law suit in the court and waited for a year later and called her again writing threatening letters to her to sue for $19,000 dollars The pool was only 8,000. She paid most of it and they kept after 7 years still harrassing her. What should she do?

I have and old credit account from chase that was 1,500. this collection agancy Regents have been calling me and making treats against me. they falsely sign a court papers under my name. please help
