Resurgent Capital Services/Sherman

We refinanced three years ago, paying off a large bill to Sears. Statements crossed in the mail and I thought the mortgage company didn't pay one of the bills, so I paid it. Then Sears sent us a statement showing a $10K plus overpayment. I requested the money, they sent it, then Sears sold it to a credit agency. I proved we didn't owe it, then they sent to another agency, Resurgent, and we've been going back and forth for months. They refuse to provide proof we owe, and won't leave us alone, even though I've showed we don't owe. They also call alot and won't answer the phone.

I am requesting my creditors name and balance on my account. thank you for your time.
