I just received a notice to appear regarding an account that was paid off to this office. I have tried to contact this office to find out why this happened and why it doesnot show that the account was taken care of. Please get back to me on this as I was faithful in making the oayments to close this matter but now I am told the case is still open as a disposition has not been heard as to the finalizing of this account.
