CACV aka CACH, LLC

i would like to pay off this account of 751 balance please email me so i can resolve this matter

I was applying for an extension to my student loan, when I saw CACH LLC was reporting. I never opened the original account which was from CALIFORNIA AUTO BODY ASSC. I have never had any Auto work done. I have never been in a car accident. I tried contacting this company in every way except take a flight from Las Vegas to Colorado. This makes me sick to my stomach to know that this company is being allowed to operate this way. I was denied for my student loan meaning that I have to put my schooling on hold. I am 26 and I do not have the time to do so! If any one out there knows of a good attorney that would be willng to take this case please let me know!

This company is on my credit report. On my Transunion they state that they represent Citifinancial yet my Citifinancial has been paid off for over a year and, furthermore, Citifinancial stated that they never, ever gave my account to a collect agency as it was never late. I want them off my credit report. They dont seem to respond to the Attorney General's Office of Colorado nor of New York; nor the BBB. What kind of company does business and seem to be untouchable? They are unresponsive nor seem to take responsibility to the damage they are doing to consumers. Please advise.
