Kroll has information not on credit report
When applying for a mortgage loan, I was rejected because Kroll shows 5 account disputes on cards from Citibank. I checked my credit reports, and 2 of the cards are not on the reports for me to file a claim about the account disputes. Another card, in addition to the 2 above, are closed. Where do they get information that is not Equifax, TransUnion or Experian?

I pulled all three of my credit reports and scores from Experian.com. The Kroll report from my lender is showing a much lower score for Experian, Equifax, and Trans than what I received the same day from the Experian website. My lender cannot explain the discrepancy.

My mortgage lender got a credit report that shows lower scores with all 3 of the major credit reporting companies that what they show when I pull them up. What is the deal? Why is this report different than what I see? How can I dispute this?

Same thing happened to me as above. Kroll isnt showing all of my credit lines therfore my score is MUCH lower when the lenders are pulling it. There is no where to go to dispute because the information is already on my 3 credit reports.

I also had the same problem. I confirmed with all three bureaus and none of the items are on my credit report no longer. what can be done? the credit bureus suggesting KROLL contact their marketing reps and have there systems/software updated. This is a pain, luckly i am also qualified through Wells Fargo

I was asked to contact Kroll for some kind of verification for my home re-finance. The Kroll then did a 3 way teleconference with my current mortgage holder, and was very short and rude when they would not provide the info they Kroll wanted. I was not even privy to what was going to be asked before the conference call. Thank you current mortgage holder for NOT giving my personal info to a company.

I have been working to improve my credit score since 05/10 and I have seen improvements in all of my credit scores from each individual credit agency but the score has not changed on the Knoll Factual Data credit report.

I have apparently been overlooked for a job based on false information reported by Kroll. I would like a copy of the report. This is a shameful violation of my personal privacy. If I have to agree to a credit check as a condition of employment from anyone I should be able to see what is being reported about me.

Mr
There has been so many activities by some unknown people on my report for the past several years. Now I want to be proactive and begin to control my credit report. Please help! Some records are half true, and others are just pure theft or lie.

My husband and I are trying to build a home and the mortgage company used Kroll to pull our credit. They are showing both of our score between 75 and 100 points LOWER that then three credit bureaus and will not finance us. I don't know how to fight this.

Mr.
I just bought a house and refinancied my car. Neither flinched with my credit report and I got preferred rates. I go to get my electricity turned on and they say that my credit report is a problem and I need to put down a downpayment. They say they used Experien....they didn't they used Kroll.

The best thing to do is ask who they use to pull your credit report when going for financing. If they say Kroll than move on to a different lender.
