Smith, Rouchon, and Associates

Last year I recieved a phone call twice from 2 different people telling me that I haven't made a payment since feb. of 2010.I spoke w/ one of the women who wanted to argue w/me about my payments .I told her that somebody had been cashing the checks & I sent her some copies showing 2010 payments.To this day I not been able to reach her to see if my file has been up dated. I've sent letters & I've called, no one has responded.I also found out that I was paying bills for other people w/the hinkle name your company use to send out a report at least twice a year letting a person know how much they owe.I'm in the dark on how much I owe my hospital bills.I really wish somebody would give an answer to this problem.
