They turned me into the credit bureau BEFORE the date. My credit score dropped 30 points and I am in the process of applying for a mortgage. All they can say is that they are sorry. They have notified the bureaus. Unfortunately it will take approx. 90 days to have it removed. I have seriously considered taking legal action against them.
