  3. fightthepower says:

no, this is a legitimate debt collection agency whose main SOURCE of debt is payday loans. they only collect what their clients send them…if that is truly wrong, dispute with them, go thru the proper procedures and you will get it resolved. if not, just PAY YOUR BILL instead of whining about the big bad collection agency!!

  4. Linda says:

I do not believe this company is legit. They called me for something in 2006 but could not give me who, what, when or where. My attorney informed there is an investigation going on regarding them and if I did owe any money from that time the statue of limitation is up. When someone could not give me the information of where and when somethings wrong.

  5. CHirqui says:

I was wondering if anyone could tell me why my Nationwide Capital Recovery account keeps logging out.

  6. Ann says:

I received a letter and some phone calls saying that I owed money on a payday loan from 2005? They said it is going to court. Can they do this, is this legit? I took out a payday loan years ago and I know I paid it, but I don’t have records from 2005. I think it is a scam but they are scaring me saying that it is going to court.

  9. KOALA T CARS says:

  10. Pamela says:

  11. Daisy says:

    They are scam artists.

  12. Gloria says:

This is a scam . I have dealt with many collection agencies, and if you look at their letters, they appear to be legit; but with experience, it is very easy to spot their mistakes in the letter. In there page above, why would the “head debt collector” need to go by 3 different names??? They prey upon old debts that are paid off. Report them to your state department that deals with consumer complaints about fraudulent collection practices. Send them a letter and also send them a certified letter. If they come back, then you will know they are frauds. If in doubt, ask an attorney brfore you make any sort of arrangements with them. They cannot collect on debts that are already paid-off.

  13. cynthia says:
