Hirease was an employment background screening company that was acquired by Accurate Background in 2014. They have since been providing employment background checks and pre-employment screening services under the name AccurateNow.
Most employers use background check companies like AccurateNow during the hiring process. In theory, this helps them to hire the right people for the right positions.
