Credit History And Data Used to Predict Consumer Behavior

Credit bureaus are compiling various types of consumer information. The information is used to predict not only creditworthiness but also rating how likely consumers are to engage in certain types of behaviors.

Regulators are examining this data collection to determine if privacy violations are occurring and if all Fair Credit Reporting Act rights are being protected.
